Is anyone else having problems with backgrounds displaying incorrectly?

Hi, 

I have a report where i am using an SVG as a canvass background. I made the canvass background as 16:9 and the page settings in my report is 16:9 - i was having no problems until a couple of days ago. 

The report is published to an app in my department and a few colleagues who access this dashboard have been in touch to say that a quarter of the background is missing when they access the report. 

I tried to replicate this and have found that i too am having the same issue. 

I am using Chrome. If i use Microsoft Edge, we do not have the same problem. 

I went into desktop to see what was going on in there and it appears that the background is displaying incorrectly in there too. 

Everything was working fine before. There have been no problems up until now. 

Is anyone else having the same problem? Has anyone resolved it? Is it a bug??
