Is anyone else having issue with the Quickbase connector?

The Quickbase connector keeps going on and off and I don't seem to know why. There haven't been any changes made but the connector keeps missing. The older connections already made through the Quickbase connector is working fine as usual, and hence I am supposing that the connector is not removed but only misplaced. Please help!
