Is Table consider 2 dimensional table and Matrix is 3 dimensional table

Hello there

Is that correct statment if I say the Table visual is 2 dimentional table while the Matrix visual is 3 dimentional table?

What is the main difference?

matrix is n-dimensional.  Not limited to 3.

 

Table visual has 2 computation zones - table cells and column totals. Matrix visual has 4 computation zones - cells, column totals, row totals, grand total.
