I need help regarding why questions in Power BI.
Suppose I have data on sales and somehow I lose sales in this month So I want to know why I am getting the loss?
So how can I predict that why my sales loss.

In Power bi desktop, create a line chart showing the trend with a date column as the x axis.
Right click on the point where sales declines
select “explain the decrease”

I have three options right click on the point those are "Show Data","Include" and "Exclude". Why “explain the decrease/increase” option may not appear?
