Invert Y line axis

You can achieve this by multiplying the % measure by -1. You then customize the format for the measure in the modeling pane by setting the format to be the same for both positive and negative values (see image).
Something similar to yours, your charts also presented the same quirk.
Sorry, I'm not following what you are trying to achieve.
Here are the two visuals side-by-side: one has the axis from 0 to 100%; the other from 100 to 0%
So if it's neither of these, what do you need?

Which I've since achieved with the custom visual "Pareto by sio2Graphs", though it would be nice to have achieved it without the use of a custom visual.

You can achieve this using the default clustered column and line chart
You just need the measure for the cumulative %

Thank you, I thought the method I was using would work, but clearly it doesn't.
