Inverse filter on visual table

Dear power bi users,

I have a problem that has been bothering me for many days. I have two tables of this type:

1) customer base table: here are all the company's customers

2) table with customer purchases with date and product category. I would like to understand if it is possible to allow the user to be able to select, through filters, a range of dates and a category in which the customer has made a purchase.

Example: the user can select customers who bought pears in January 2023 and at the same time customers who did not buy apples in March 2023. The starting tables are as follows:

Customer ID list:

ID
1
2
3
...
1000

Customer purchases:

IDDateCathegory
101/01/2023Pear
201/01/2023Apple
201/03/2023Pear
...
100001/03/2023Pear

the final result, after the user has applied the filters by date and category:

ID
1

So, is it possible to allow the user to apply double filter? (positive and negative)

May be you can create a separate disconnected table to achieve this. give me some sample data to work on it
