Yes, this is definitely possible. You can use parameter inputs or what-if analysis features in tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Google Sheets to let users change a value (like headcount) and instantly update productivity calculations and charts.
I recently built something similar for dosage and conversion modeling in a peptide calculator tool, where users adjust values and the calculations update automatically in real time. The same logic works well for workforce and productivity planning too.
