Interaction between multiple Power BI Slicer

I have few slicer on my power BI report. When I select first slicer (Plant), then second slicer(Business Area) will get automatically filtered. But when I again tried to change first slicer, then first slicer is not showing all the values as it is filtered by second slicer.
I need to unselect second slicer so that first slicer will show all values in slicer. Is there any solution in Power BI to remove this dependency?
