Integration Query – Pulling Data from Tally ERP to Power BI

Hello Community,

 

I am currently working on a reporting solution where the client uses Tally ERP for their financial and accounting operations. I would like to know if it is possible to connect Tally ERP directly with Power BI in order to pull live/real-time data for reporting and dashboarding purposes.

 

1.Are there any native connectors or recommended third-party integrations available?

2.If direct integration is not feasible, what would be the best practices (e.g., exporting data to Excel/SQL and then connecting to Power BI)?

3.Has anyone implemented a similar setup, and if so, could you share insights on the approach taken?

 

Any guidance or best practices would be highly appreciated.

    Hi Shobana_, 

     

     There is no native connector for Tally, however I believe Tally can act as an ODBC server, so you should be able to use the ODBC connector.
