Hi @ayodhya1998 ,

Please try below steps to troubleshoot this issue:

1. Check the OData URL: Ensure that the OData URL you are using is correct. It should typically follow this format: `http://[YourServer]:[ODataPort]/[Instance]/OData/Company('[YourCompanyName]')`

2. Verify Permissions: Make sure that the account you are using to access the OData feed has the necessary permissions in NAV to access the data.

3. Test the OData Feed: Try accessing the OData URL directly in a web browser or using a tool like Postman to ensure that the feed is working correctly.

4. Firewall and Network: Check if there are any firewall settings or network issues that might be blocking the connection between Power BI and your NAV server.

5. Update Power BI Desktop: Ensure that you are using the latest version of Power BI Desktop, as updates often include fixes for connectivity issues.

6. Use the Web Connector: In Power BI Desktop, you can use the Web connector to connect to the OData feed. Here's how:
- Open Power BI Desktop.
- Go to Home > Get Data > Web.
- Enter the OData URL and proceed with the connection.
