Attempting to install May update and the installation keeps failing. It freezes in the wizard with "Status - Computing space requirements" and then fails with this message: "The folder path "My Docum...
Do you map "My Documents" to a network path? If so, please map a drive to "My Documents" and change registry key to point the folder to the drive, you can check the detailed solution in the similar thread below.
