I'd like to know if someone has have experience about instability of PBI versions released in 2022 (PBI 64b on Win10).
Mainly when I display "bookmark" and "selection" sections.
After few changes in different pages, PBI stops and I need to use Task Manager to end it.
Thanks and
Bye!

@AndreVar67 , if you are facing these because of new format pane-> you can switch off that from File-> Options and settings -> Option -> Preview feature -> new format pane

Hi, @AndreVar67
If you have a 2022 version of desktop with this kind of stuck slow situation often, you can uncheck this in File-Options that I have crossed out.

I am also having this problem with Power BI randomly crashing (more than 6 times this eve). I suspected it was due to the recent release, but hadn't considered turning off the new panel feature. I've done this now and it has helped, but it just meant that it took longer before there was a crash. New release is unstable it would appear.

@AndreVar67 I have personally not seen that. I just tried it out with those two panes active and made a bunch of changes and couldn't replicate that behavior. You could check the Issues forum here:

And if it is not there, then you could post it.
