Insert live data url in power point

There are some possible reasons that you don't have this option.
If none of them is relevant to your issue, I recommend opening a support ticket to Microsoft...

1. Power BI Pro License Requirement: Exporting live Power BI reports to PowerPoint requires at least a Power BI Pro or Premium license. If your account doesn't have the correct license, the option may be unavailable.

2. Unsupported Features for Live Export: Not all Power BI features are supported in live PowerPoint export. If your report contains custom visuals or uses features that are not compatible with PowerPoint Live, this could cause issues.

3. DirectQuery or Live Connection: Reports connected to data sources via DirectQuery or Live Connection may sometimes have limitations regarding exporting live data to PowerPoint, as the report is relying on real-time data fetching.

4. PowerPoint Version: Ensure that you're using a supported and updated version of PowerPoint. If your PowerPoint application is outdated, it might not support the integration with Power BI for live reports.

5. Permission and Sharing Issues: Ensure you have the correct sharing and permission settings in both Power BI and PowerPoint. Sometimes, the inability to export live could be related to permissions or data sharing rules in your organization.

6. Report Complexity: If the report is very large or complex (many visuals, heavy data sets), the process might time out or fail due to the volume of data being exported live.

7. Tenant-Specific Restrictions: Some Power BI tenants, especially in government or high-security environments, may have additional restrictions on live exports. Ensure there are no tenant-level policies preventing live exports to PowerPoint.
