Insert blank row after each change in column value

Hi all,

I am trying to figure out a way to insert a blank row after each change in an order number in a table.  Picture of table attached.  I just need a way to set off each order individually with a blank row after.  Similar to how the subtotal line works in excel

Perhaps put it in a matrix instead with [Row Headers] > "Stepped layout" set to off and a subtotal row on the order number only then format the font on the subtotal row to be white?
