Hi,
I will list basic features that does not work properly right now in Power BI. How come these are not fixed meanwhile new really advanced features are released. This is insane...
1. Multiple column headers in a visual type matrix : Impossible to add two or more different headers in a matrix by just sliding fields.. insanely basic
2. Conditional formatting : Only possible to add a conditional formatting to a column with a data bar or Icons without any customization of the rules applied... it's been 10 years that it exists in Excel..
3. Subtotals not working (maybe only with measures?) : Please tell me how does this works because either you apply subtotals to all the fields either to none. There is an option to choose to which field you want to apply to apply the subtotal but, to me, with no effect at all (this is insanely basic as well and really frustrating). What's the point to make it less advanced than Excel ???
4. Show values as a specific level : We cannot choose to which level we want to apply the percentage... insanely basic...
I will continue to list here all the basic features that are not up to date. There has to be many more. Not talking about visuals availables because the list would be too long. This is a visual tool and visuals are not really different from Excel.. I don't see the point.. Not even a Sankay diagram (not the basic one available to download). I mean compare Zebra or Inforiver Tables and Matrix to the ones availables.... This is almost a shame to be honest..
