    Hi ovetteabejuela ,

     

    Please try the following formula:

     

    Green (Measure) = 
var t = IF([Orange (Measure)] >= 1, 10,
            IF([Orange (Measure)] >= .975, 5,
                IF([Orange (Measure)] >= .95, 1, 0 ) ) )
return IF( ISFILTERED('Table'[Date]), t, SUMX('Table', t) )
