Infinite loading screen when signing in
Hi alimimbisa ,
If your colleague can successfully connect to the same URL, you can check whether the problem be related to your computer, maybe the memory or version of computer, you can try to sign in with another computer.
Additionally, you can connect to other web page ,for example a file in OneDrive, then sign in to see if the same problem occurs.

Hi v-yanjiang-msft,
I don't know if it's a computer issue, because I have 16GB ram and it's a pretty new laptop. I've also raised this issue to my organization and they don't know why my Power BI is going like this. For connecting web pages, we are using sharepoint. No pop-out that lets you choose what account to sign in and that's the problem.

Hi alimimbisa ,
If you are using SharePoint, you can choose to connect data by SharePoint folder, in which you can entre the root URL like me.
When I select sign in in the next step, a window will pop up for you to pick an account. If you don’t pick, it will always display "you are being signed in, please wait" like yours, I wonder if your computer blocked this window, which cause your problem.

I don't think that my computer is blocking this pop-up window because in the screenshot below whenever I sign in to my account in Power BI, a pop-up window appears

Hi alimimbisa ,
I mean when you have already logged in to Power BI and then connect to SharePoint, this window will still pop up when you click sign in like below.
