Infinite loading screen when signing in
I've already done that because I thought it would help just like browsers. As you can see, it's already cleared. Also, I've uninstalled Power BI Desktop a few times already, and still doesn't work.
Hi alimimbisa ,
According to your screenshot, I think you are connectting to webpages in Power BI Desktop, but by my test, the Organizational account credential type isn't supported for web, you can choose Anonymous instead.

Still couldn't authenticate and my colleagues can sign in whether it's anonymous, windows, basic, web API, or organizational account. And for your screenshot, you at least get an error, for my end, it's just loading

Hi alimimbisa ,
If your colleague can successfully connect to the same URL, you can check whether the problem be related to your computer, maybe the memory or version of computer, you can try to sign in with another computer.
Additionally, you can connect to other web page ,for example a file in OneDrive, then sign in to see if the same problem occurs.

Hi v-yanjiang-msft,
I don't know if it's a computer issue, because I have 16GB ram and it's a pretty new laptop. I've also raised this issue to my organization and they don't know why my Power BI is going like this. For connecting web pages, we are using sharepoint. No pop-out that lets you choose what account to sign in and that's the problem.
