Filters should ideally come from dimension tables.
Only EUR would be shown at selecting AT + CH
Logic:
CH has local currency, so if selected alone, EUR and Local (resp. CHF) would be offered. But since CH is selected in combination with other country, local will be hidden.
And yes, you are right - at the end I actually created Dim table Called CountryControl that feeds the slicer, one of the reasons being that in the fact table Euro zone and European Union are included as countries, which confuses the map visual control.
