Index calculation

Hi all,   Could you help me find a solution for this problem?  I am trying to calculate the index column in the yellow column in the screenshot and see attached for the example file and the calc...

    stelleriana we cannot have dynamic results in a calculated column.
    If you are looking for a measure, we can give a try.

Yeah if it can be solved with a measure that would be perfect! Any ideas how?
