Incremental refresh when refreshing desktop manually
Hi Everyone,
Does the incremental refresh is happening when refreshing manually (clicking on the "Refresh" button) a power bi dataset on power bi desktop?

No. The partitioning happens in the service so when you refresh, it goes through all of the data locally.
