Incremental refresh from different sources

Does anyone have any experience with creating a table with incremental updates, but from two data sources?

There is one dataset, which does not need to be updated every time from the first data source.

And there is a second dataset that works with incremental data update and will have to be refreshed every day.

How to combine them into one table?
