Incremental refresh for two sources with append query

We have three years of business data now, recent 2 years of data will always in the mysql database and other years will be stored in sharepoint (currently 1 year data) on the next year in sharepoint ...

what prevents you from storing all the data in the SharePoint?

lbendlin , we are having the sql db for connecting with web application. we have planned to purge data from main db and storing the purged data in sharepoint
