Hi,
My data source is a Cosmos database. I'm loading the data into Power BI using the Synapse view, which filters data based on the timestamp field. I've implemented the incremental dataset refresh based on the requestedOn field(Another date field). I detect data discrepancies when I utilize the timestamp field (converted to datetime) for an incremental dataset refresh. Since there is occasionally a possibility that the database contains backdated data changes. Any idea how to implement this?
Thanks,
PBI Lover
@lbendlin , Full refresh will be taking too much time like 2 to 3 hours, so not considering this option.
Are you saying that you can schedule refreshes in the service?: Yes. But sometimes getting the data discrepancy
The Cosmos documentation claims that you can't schedule refreshes.
Plan to run an occasional full refresh.
