Incremental Refresh with Azure Blob Storage

Hello, 

I am trying to use the Incremental Refresh feature in Power Bi to refresh a report that pulls data from Azure Blob. I added the RangeStart and RangeEnd parameters to apply to the date field. When I apply the changes, I get an error message 429 - Too many Requests. I waited a day without refreshing to see if that would work, but it didn't. 

I've read the query folding doesn't work with blob storage so has anyone had luck using incremental refresh with azure blob? I've used the Microsoft documentation on incremental refresh to set everything up.
