Incremental Refresh takes same time as Full refresh in PBI Service

Are you sure you've successfully deployed incremental refresh?
In addition to query folding, there will be many operations or restrictions that will affect the deployment of incremental refresh,for example, the data source, the setting of parameters, the modification of data operations, etc.
please check you steps of configuring incremental refresh and the limitations through this doc:

Hi,
I am using Oracle as a Database and On-Premise Power BI gateway to run my Reports and after implementing Incremental Refresh my dataset is taking almost 2 hours to refresh even the dataset is limited to 1 year of data.
I have checked it on connecting the Workspace to SQL server to see the partitons and there is only one partition showing onto that.
Can you help
