Incremental Refresh takes same time as Full refresh in PBI Service

Hi, I have applied incremental refresh on a fact table and after implementing that the Dataset is taking the same time to refresh as the normal refresh takes it. What's the problem with my config...

HRM5 , you to check your incremental setting. when you were doing the setting was there a message for Query folding will not work?

    Hi amitchandak 

    In Power BI Desktop, there was an M-Query warning but nothing else.
    I am able to see the Native Query of that table, which means query folding is available and then I applied Incremental refresh onto that and published to Service but after pressing refresh again its just taking the whole time which the full refresh takes up.

    Any Ideas?
