Hello - I have 3 reports being merged into one. Those 3 reports are disabled but I need to turn incremental refresh on them since those are the source files. Can I do that if they are disabled?

I am a bit confusing of what do you expect. This doesn't sound necessary to refresh the table if you do not load the tables to create report. In addition, incremental refresh result will show up only on the Power bi service report, the pbix itself do not refresh.

Hi,
If I am correct sometimes you might want to have sources for the report as a separate query, that is not being loaded (Let's call it a Staging Query - SQ) and then other queries reference that.
Whenever the report is being refreshed the other queries use SQ and all the steps that are there, but the SQ is not being refreshed separately outside of the queries referencing it.
Now, when a query load is not enabled, you cannot set up an incremental refresh for it, as it does not show up in the data view.
I believe this is the issue the author of the post and myself are facing.
Have you come up with a solution @PowerBI123456 ?
@PowerBI123456 what you mean reports are disabled? Do you mean Enabled for the table is unchecked? As far as report refresh is turned on for the table it should work.

@parry2k Yeah, the 3 reports are part of refresh, but the load is disabled. So I can't see it after loading data to set up incremental refresh. Is there a way to set up incremental refresh in power query only?
