Incremental Refresh on CSV

Hi Experts

I have connected to a CSV file which is loacted in Sharepoint, on daily eod I am updating it with SNOW data.

Is it possible to setup a refresh that only that day count should add and rest of the history data shouldn't change.

Ex:- I have updated file till on 7th May & again I will update it on 8th May after refresh only 8th May raw data has to get update in Power BI it shouldn't reflect any changes on Historical data.
