Impactful IndividualIncremental Refresh license
I am using free account and I am able to refresh incremental dataset as per below screenshot however as per microsoft documentation i must have pro license for incremental refresh , i am not clear
Currently the license what you are using fully functional free licenses valid for 60 days. After 60 days trial
you have to have a license to use it!
Icremental refresh setup happens in Desktop but real incremental refresh happens at Server level

you're having a free trail of the microsoft fabric license which will give you the access to do what a pro license can.
