I heard that incremental refresh has been enabled for powerbi pro licenses, process of scheduling an incremental refresh same as it was before in the case of premium capacity?
Yes. With the Feb 2020 update, the incremental refresh feature is now GA.
The procedure seems to be the same as the one in Premium. Refer to the following link.
