Incremental Load Data for Last N Days
Hi,
We are making a daily report a SQL Server database that stores 10 years of data.
Now, rather than bringing all the data, we wish to limit the data import to running last 60 days every day deleting the previous days to keep the file size small.
Can this be done?

Create a View or stored procedure on the SQL side and have Power BI call that instead.
Alternatively you can put into an SQL statement date constraints and have Power BI only ever grab that 60 days.
If you have premium there is also something called Incremental Refresh, which may also provide you an avenue to persue:
