Increate thickness of the target line on a Gauge Visual

Is there a way to increase the thickness of the gauge target line?  The line at 80% is a bit too thin for me so I would like th thicken it out a little more so it stands out.

I think there's no setting currently available to increase the thickness of the target line in Gauge visual.
