Increasing the Report Granularity to Child Level

I am trying to obtain a below scenario in Power BI. A particular course can be delivered either at parent level or child level. But if one is deployed in parent level then I want to disintegrate them...

Anonymous I'm not clear on your meaning, you want to utterly destroy them at the child level? Can you create an adhoc hierarchy for the Rows in a matrix?
