Incorrect update link

The February 2025 release (version 2.140.1078.0) is the most up-to-date version of Power BI Desktop. However, users may occasionally encounter an "Update Available" notification due to cached information or glitches, even when there isn't a newer version.Try these steps to Troubleshoot

Did a reinstall of the Feb version and that cleared the issue.
