Incorrect measure

Hi, 

 

I have this relationship between two tables:

 

 

 The orders are just for country/period, so I want to mantain the same number of orders for each Country/Period/Category when I formulate at DAX.

 

Some ideas??

    I'm not very clear about your requirement.

     

    If it is convenient, could you show your expected output, so that we can help further investigate on it?
