Incorrect Sub Totals in Matrix

I am getting incorrect Sub totals and grand totals in the Matrix visualization on power BI desktop. Please help.

    Anonymous is this the full Matrix displayed? or is there columns and rows missing?

      No thats the full matrix. There are no columns or rows missing. But the numbers in the cells are the Distinct Count values

    Anonymous  have you got a sample of the data you could perhaps share?
