Inconsistent Loading of Visuals in a Published Power BI Dashboard

Before troubleshooting: multiple users sharing one Power BI account isn't permitted β Microsoft's Product Terms require each user to have their own license:

And it's likely causing the symptom. One account signing in from many devices and locations is exactly what Entra ID Protection flags as credential sharing ("atypical travel"), and risk policies can then block individual sign-ins β the dashboard shell loads, but the data calls fail. That matches "works on one device, blank on another":

The problem is most likely caused by browser/network/authentication/session conflicts and not the report itself. Try a different browser or Incognito mode. Ensure that cookies are enabled. Check your firewall/proxy settings. Do not use the same Power BI account on multiple devices at the same time.
