Inconsistent Horizontal Scroll Bars using Area Chart

I have two area charts, one a copy of the other - data all coming from the same value - just filtered by a database category.

I want to deactivate the horizontal scroll bar so all the dates display. This item says to switch the X-Axis "type" from Categorical to Continuous. This does not work with my chart, I can't get it to stay switched. However, switching the Y-Axis "Scale Type" from Linear to Log works.

When I do this, the chart's left sided scale disappears... but not everyone. Any reason?

1) Identical charts - same data set - exact same settings

2) Scroll bar needs to go - I switched Scale Type to Log, and

3) The Left Scale and Bottom Scroll Bar stays for one, but not the other.

Hi @TDisco ,

I doubt an option for that.

You can make the drag bar disappear by changing the size of the visual, or play with font size, inner padding, Min Category width and Maximum size.

Customize X-axis and Y-axis properties - Power BI | Microsoft Docs
