Incomplete filter options

Hi all,   In my report I have a page level filter that shows 4 of the 8 options when a date filter is set on 2020. When the date filter is removed, all 8 options show. However, when the date filter...

    Hi Stephen,

     

    Thanks for your suggestion. However, this is not the case in my dataset.

    I now solved it by removing my date filter, selecting the required filters, and then adding the date filter back in. This actually works and my data is now correctly filtered. 

    When I remove the filters though, they disappear again from the filter pane and I need to repeat above method to add them back in.

    I don't know how I can show my file without exposing my client's private data.
