Include and exclude AND Condition Slicers not working in conjunction

Hello, I created two measures so that I could multiselect values in a slicer and have them work as an AND condition instead of an OR condition as slicers usually function. One measure works to include the conditions and the other works as an exclusion. They work on their own perfectly, but when selecting one value in the include and one in the exclude - it breaks.

Looking further into the issue, it seems that when one measure is applied it alters the values in the other measure even though they work off of two different tables (specifically the variable '__countRowHistory' in the measures). I'm not sure how to fix this.

The table is filtered so that the M_Include_condition_filter is not blank and the M_Exclude_condition_filter is blank. There are no interactions allowed between the two slicers.

I can't attach a sample file since I'm a new member but I've included some screenshots. If anyone can help me with this it would be amazing! Thank you!

Hi @sashakali

Please try changing the relationship between Participant and History to Both.

Hello Nono @Anonymous

Thank you for looking into this! Changing the filter direction did not work and actually ended up breaking the Exclude measure for some reason. In my actual work dashboard, the cross filter direction is in Both directions (sorry for not checking that when posting my sample) but the issue persists. Did it work for you when you applied it?
