Inbound and Total Revenue

Hi, would you help me with creating two new measures, one for Inbound Revenue and one for Total Revenue please.

All my data is in one table and the relevant existing fields are:

FYTD (Financial Year To Date values)

Delivery Area (Country e.g. UK, US, CH, JP)

HQ Area (Country e.g. UK, US, CH, JP)

Area Revenue (Revenue generated in area regardless of HQ Area)

Inbound Revenue would be all revenue generated outside of Delivery Area where HQ is in Area

E.g.

I would like to use the "Inbound Revenue" measure to see "Total Revenue" in a Matrix e.g.

How would I create the Area (New Column?)? 

I also need Total Revenue as a new measure so I can create Year on Year (YoY) growth %'s

e.g. Total Revenue FYTD - Total Revenue PFYTD/ Total Revenue PFYTD

I have PFYTD (Previous Financial Year to Date) measure so need the Total Revenue measure to create the Total Revene  FYTD and Total Revenue PFYTD

I know how to create the (YoY) growth % once I have the "Total Revenue" measures.
