Based on my research, the feature is by design, if you want to show the data from 2019/2/9 to 2019/2/15 in a week, you could try to create a new data:
Date+1 = [Date]+1
Use this new column as filter and you could see the result:
You could also download the pbix file to have a view.

It worked! but I needed to do -1 because I needed days Monday to Sunday. Thank you.
