I'm still pretty new to PBI. I have Free PBI Desktop v2.100.1182 (64 bit free version Dec 2021) on Windows 10.
In the Transform screen, PBI will not let me make the columns more narrow so I can fit more columns on the screen, to do a screen shot, print it, and check my calculations and visualizations are correct. Is there a way for PBI to allow me to make the columns more narrow and save those column settings?
Thank you.

@croberts21 , You can increase, but not able reduce below a level, minimize left size queries and close right side query settings to get more space
Thank you everyone. It is not possible to make column width smaller in the Transform screen. Instead, when I go out of Transform, I use the Table view to make column widths smaller.
Hi @croberts21 ,
You can load this data source and then view this table in the data window of the powerbi desktop, where you can customize the width of the columns. Then the more complete column information is displayed.
If the problem is still not resolved, please provide detailed error information and let me know immediately. Looking forward to your reply.
Best Regards,
Henry
