In Report View - i cannot see vertical 0px, top of visible screen is 37px.

in Report View, the top of screen is 37px. if I change between Page Views (fit-to-page, fit to width, actual size) I can get it down to 10. But any shapes I position at 0 vertcial are partially hidden. (I onIy only see the bottom of the shape). Am I missing a setting, or I messed up a setting, to see 0px vertical on the screen?

Most likely this is a default enforced margin.
