In Excel, Duplicate datasets are found while searching for a dataset name in Power BI datasets while

In Excel, when I use the 'Get Data' option, then choose 'From Power Platform' followed by 'From Power BI,' and search for a dataset called 'SARCS Prod,' I see multiple datasets as shown in the attached image. However, if I don't search and just scroll, I don't see any duplicates. On the Power BI service, there's only one dataset and one report named 'SARCS Prod.' Additionally, when using Excel on Azure VDI, I do not encounter duplicate datasets; this issue occurs only on my local desktop. What could be causing these duplicate datasets to appear when searching Power BI datasets, and how can I resolve this issue?

Hi @Pradeep777 - as checked in snapshot, verify that there's only one dataset named 'SARCS Prod' in the Power BI service.Log into the Power BI service different access levels or permissions might cause inconsistencies in how datasets are displayed.Navigate to the workspace containing 'SARCS Prod'.Ensure that there are no duplicated datasets or reports.check that the permissions for the dataset are correctly set and that you have consistent access across different environments. In Power BI Service, go to the workspace containing 'SARCS Prod'.Check the permissions and access levels for the dataset and report.

Hope the above information helps

Hi @rajendraongole1, I have ensured there are no duplicates on the service. I need to check on the permissions and different levels of access now. I shall check and will update here.

Thanks for your inputs.
