Improve matrix column headers

Hi,

the easiest option may be to add an arrow from the Insert Ribbon, then the shapes button. This will allow you to add an arrow, you can then resize and place in over the matrix in the correct place. Make sure to use the format ribbon to bring the arrow forward so it's in front of the matrix.
