Hi amitchandak.
Finally I got the connection. The issue was that i was using the port number 2437 instead of 1339.
Everything is working right now. Thanks for your help.

Super UserTatianaGuihur , You are not able to reach SQL Server. Are you able to connect the same using SQL server management studio?
Is Connection details, the port is correct. VPN or IP whitelist is in place?
