Importing XML in Power BI consumes a lot of time

Hello,

I would like to ask why it happens that importing file consumes so much time. I have xml file which contains 2 MB data. File structure looks like this I am importing

Even one table loading takes about 10 or minutes. What it can be wrong. File example can be found here:

EDGAR Filing Documents for 0001564708-23-000190 (sec.gov).

are you able to share your file so I can see how you doing it?  if you can share your file and provide an example of how you doing it that would be best.

often importing depends on your local compute, how much memory you have, if you pull data over a network andd the latency of that network, also the compute of the source data. so there could be a variety of things, as well as potentially how you are doing this data pull..

If I took the time to answer your question and I came up with a solution, please mark my post as a solution and /or give kudos freely for the effort 🙂 Thank you!
