Importing MS Form Text into Power Bi

Hi - I am new to Power Bi and am working on a survey in MS Forms that I would like to import into Power Bi.  The key issues are that the responses from the suvery are in text format. But I have a master table which has all possible responses for each question (there are only 6 possible responses per question) that score each response numerically so I can display results in charts and graphs.  So I'm envisioning that I can do a text to text comparision between the responses and master tables and return the column heading (numerical values) from the master table for each respondant. 

I then would like to take the average response by group and plot in a bar or radar graph.  But I can't figure out a solution that will scale as more people take the survey. Any help would be greatly appreciated
